Celia Serani, owner of Celia's Decorative Painting, has lived and worked in south Florida since 1989.

A thriving business blossomed once news spread among friends of Celia's ability to turn plain walls into works of art. Since then she has established herself as a highly regarded decorative painter. Over the years she has worked in countless homes, as well as on many commercial projects here in Florida, New York, Michigan, and as far away as
St. Maarten. She enjoys working with designers and homeowners in the process of bringing their concepts to fruition.

Celia's creativity is evident from the wide variety of techniques and application styles offered by her company. These styles are a result of enrolling in workshops where she finds much inspiration. She has attended workshops here in the States, and art classes in Florence Italy. Her professionalism, years of working in the field, and vast portfolio, make her a favorite with designers.

Celia is currently furthering her education in the arts by pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in painting at Palm Beach State College while maintaining a busy year round schedule.
